Matthew 19:4-6

"Bring Forth"

"Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning, the Creator made them male and female."  The very first command in the Bible is "be fertile and multiply."  Further down we read, "fill the earth and subdue it."  (Genesis 1:28)  The reason for the creation of male and female is procreation, or simply, to "Bring Forth."

Controversial subject?  Oh, yes.  Male and male, and female and female cannot "bring forth," or procreate.  This subject marches in the streets, barges into public schools, invades Congress, parades its statement throughout the Nations, and sticks its head in the face of an Almighty God.  Does God love the people this affects?  Absolutely!  Every honest hearted person will, some time in their life, face the eternal God and His precepts.  Everything that is not Holy in His sight must go.  Sin of any kind and a Holy God are not compatible.  Herein arises the question, "What is sin?"  You say, "I don't believe marriage of man with man or female with female is a sin."  Sin is what the God of the universe, the Creator of all things, the Holy One of Israel, says it is.  It is defined clearly in I Corinthians 6:9-10:

"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?
Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor
effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor
covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit
the kingdom of God."

Romans 1:26-27:

"For this cause, God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their
women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman,
burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that
which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of
their error which was meet."

Then comes the good part in I Corinthians 6:11, "But such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God."  We don't have to remain in Sin; we can repent, be filled with the Holy Ghost and speak with other tongues, and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of our sins.  And, when we do, we line up with God, His Word, and we prepare our eternity  ...  everyone has an eternity; no one argues about that  ... and WE, ourselves, can pad it with Glory  ...  or flames of fire and gnashing of teeth.  You say, "I don't believe there's a Hell."  Ok; that is your right, but do you really want to take the chance  ...  once one is there, there is no turning back!

Are you ready for what? For Eternity!  The time we all spend here in earth is very short compared to our "eternity" after those 70 or 80 years in earth.  We will not "all" die; there will be a Rapture of the Church (I Corinthians 15:52 and I Thessalonians 4:16-17).  We will be caught up in the air to meet the Lord and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  This occurs in Revelation 4:1; after this the judgment  ...  it will be days of horror such as the world has never seen  ... we must be counted as "worthy to escape" these things.

There is so much anger involved with the ongoing subject of "gay marriage."  Everyone has an opinion, as do I; however, it doesn't matter what any of us think, myself included; it matters what the Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy omnipotent God of "our eternity" thinks.

This article is not to "judge" anyone.  "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God."  (Romans 3:23)  Judgment is left to the One who knows all things, sees all things, created all things, and will receive or deny all things unto Himself.  This is for those who have sincere honest hearts and want to know the truth.  The Bible states everything plainly, and it will cut to the marrow of the bone those who desire the truth.  If you have a nagging in your soul that maybe what you're doing isn't right in God's eyes; seek the Lord Jesus Christ and know that He doesn't condemn the sincere questioning of a searching soul.  He loves you and has prepared a place of beauty, peace and Glory for you "forever" with Him!

We live in an age of "if it feels good, do it," but that has never been the motto of a Holy God.  Honest people will see the light, seek the light, and even hunger for the light of truth.  The God who created our souls can also move on, convict, draw, and win them back to Himself  ...  by His love, His mercy, and His infinite pure Holiness; and then we do what we were destined and created to do; we marry, male with female, and we "Bring Forth."
