"ACTS THAT MOVE!"

"Lord, if it's you," Peter replied, "tell me to come

to you on the water."

(Matthew 14:28)

There was a whole lot of "moving" going on when Jesus Christ chose His apostles. He spent day and night with them, teaching them, grooming them, and giving them little tests of faith, like "water walking," for when He would leave them after His resurrection. But, Jesus said He would not leave them comfortless, but would send back His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, and herein is where the Church starts to MOVE in the Book of Acts! Peter never forgot how he learned how to MOVE, when he climbed out of the boat and walked on the water to Jesus ... for a moment, until he realized what he was doing and began to sink ... But, the point is ... He got out of the boat, and he "walked some water!" The Acts of the Apostles, the Book in the Bible where the Church began, is where we see the Apostles of Jesus Christ putting into "ACTION" all that they learned from Jesus before He rose from the dead ... ACTS is full of POWER, full of motion, full of Miracles, full of adventure, full of persecution, full of Glory, full of Holy Ghost and fire ... they were "Acts That Move!"

It all started in the Upper Room with 120 people, along with the mother of Jesus, who received the Holy Ghost, as tongues of fire set upon each of them and they began to speak in tongues as the Spirit of God gave them utterance, Acts 2 and they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of their sins. Thus began the MOVE! Huh? The MOVE that is sweeping the globe, from Nation to Nation; over 580 million have received the Holy Ghost and spoken in tongues worldwide; it's the onset of Joel 2:28, Spirit upon all flesh; it's the MOVE of miracles, signs and wonders for the Glory of Jesus Christ; it's the coming together in unity of the body of Christ in designated regions all over the world for the last day Harvest ... The Church is MOVIN'!

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as

a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come."

(Matthew 24:14)

Pastor Kenneth Phillips explained it; there are three important groups, and only three ... The Church, the Jew, and the Gentile. God deals with these three only, and we all fall into one of those groups. The Church was established to take the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the salvation message (repentance, receiving the Holy Ghost, and being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ) to the entire world. Why? The Lord God Almighty is not willing that ANY be lost or perish! Why "miracles, signs, and wonders?" It MOVES the hearts to believe; it causes faith; it triggers the soul to know that there is ONE who is their Creator, and it lets us all know we need a Savior!

It's all about the Harvest, the redemption of mankind, the "escape" of lost souls before it is everlasting too late, the Lord retaking earth and restoring the Garden of Eden ... it's about ALL FLESH; it's about the Bride of Jesus Christ "MOVING" in His stead; it's about the action of current day apostles manifesting the power of Jesus Christ to rescue fallen "dust;" it's about the Holy Ghost and fire touching the tongues of every human being in earth; it's about "ACTS THAT MOVE!"
