"Redemption Draweth Nigh"

"And it came to pass, when they had brought them

forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life;

look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain;

escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed."

(Genesis 19:17)

"And when these things begin to come to pass,

then look up, and lift up your heads; for your

redemption draweth nigh."

(Luke 21:28)

How do we escape, O Lord, the coming terrors of war,

storms, and destruction?

It is in Your Word where we find Your commands for

our redemption, and Your instruction

We will be delivered to salvation, through baptism in

Your name, and infilling of Your Spirit

And we can rest safely in Your arms of assurance, and

the coming earth shaking ... we'll not fear it

The winds of time have shifted and "Maranatha" is

 our cry; help us save this generation

We humble ourselves before You, Jesus, as we look to

Your face, with pleas and veneration

We acknowledge You as Lord, Savior and King, the

Holy and mighty One of Israel

You are the Savior of the world, the Redeemer, God

 in the flesh, awing and ethereal

We come as families, to claim redemption and we draw

nigh, with surrender and contrition

We confess our sins in sorrowful obeisance, coming as

children, in obedience and attrition

Take our hands, Lord, and hold us until the end; we

 can endure, when in Your care

Grant us Your mercy and afford us Your protection,

as we traverse this world of despair

 You bring us joy in the midst of the storm, and Your

whispers drown out war's roars

As we keep our eyes stayed on You, and on the beauty

of redemption's shores

Let our worship please Your ears, and our praises set

Your Holy feet to dance

For Your creation sends You kisses in words of love, and

psalms of adoring romance

We see it, Lord Jesus, You are God, the Lion of Judah,

and we lift Your name on high

You are giving a last urgent plea, to those who respond

to "Your Redemption Draweth Nigh."

"PENTECOST!"

     

"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they 

were all with one accord in one place.  And suddenly

there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty 

wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.  

And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as 

of fire, and it sat upon each of them.  And they were

all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak 

with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

(Acts 2:1-4)

The Holy Ghost and FIRE is the menu for this hour!  Spirit upon ALL flesh, Joel 2:28, is happening NOW all over the world.  Over 580 million people, and counting, have received the Holy Ghost and spoken in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.  Every Nation, kindred and tongue are experiencing PENTECOST!  Why?  The Lord is not willing that ANY be lost or perish.  It is the Spirit of the Lord in You and me, which will raise our bodies on the day of the Rapture of the Church, when we are caught away to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord!  "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you."  (Romans 8:11)  That statement requires a resounding "HALLELUJAH!"  The Lord said when He died on the cross for the sins of mankind and rose again that He would not leave us comfortless, but that He would send back His Spirit, and that Spirit is called the Holy Ghost and FIRE! 

It's falling on ALL flesh, children, teens, adults, elderly, everyone who seeks the Lord with an honest heart, sincere true repentance, and asks Him to fill them.  He Will, and He does!  The Lord is no respecter of persons, all are welcome to receive Hi, to be endued with His power from on high, and speak in a heavenly language we never learned.  When we speak in "tongues;" it is the evidence that the Spirit of God has entered our bodies; we are communicating directly with God.  The tongue is the most wicked member of the body, "But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison."  (James 3:8)  So, when we surrender that most wicked member to the Lord and He gives the utterance in another language, or tongue, it means He has tamed that tongue and taken control.  It is THE most beautiful and wonderful thing that could happen to a human being.  You will feel refreshed, forgiven, alive, renewed, reborn, uplifted, and JOY unspeakable and full of GLORY!

In the temple, behind the veil was the Holy of Holies, the place where the Spirit of God dwelt. No one could go in there and feel the Spirit of God, but the Priest, and only once a year. When Jesus Christ died on the Cross, the veil of the temple was rent from top to bottom, meaning ALL can now go behind the veil and experience His Glory; all can feel and be filled with His Spirit; all can have the Spirit of Almighty God within them!  This is the Holy Ghost; a "ghost" is the spirit of a departed one; Jesus Christ departed and rose again at the Resurrection, but He told His apostles, and His own mother, to go and wait in the Upper Room until they were filled with His Spirit.  There were 120 of them waiting for the Lord's Spirit to fall on them in the Book of Acts, chapter 2, and they WERE filled, and spoke in tongues when the Spirit of Jesus Christ fell on them.  People watching thought they were "drunk," because of the ecstasy and Joy that came upon them with the Spirit of the Lord.  "For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.  But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 'AND IT SHALL BE IN THE LAST DAYS,' God says, 'THAT I WILL POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT ON ALL MANKIND; AND YOUR SONS AND YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY, AND YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS, AND YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS; And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:"  (Acts 2)

Don't wait another day!  Ask the Lord to fill you with His Spirit today, and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ today! These are the requirements to be ready for the Lord, when He comes to make a way of escape for His own before the great and terrible Tribulation period, when He pours out judgment on the earth on those who rejected His love, His salvation, His redemption, and His grace.  Living without Jesus Christ in your life is not living at all; it is only existing.  You are missing His unbelievable Love, His mercy, His whispers, His loving arms in times of trouble, His blessings, and His answers to your prayers.  Jesus Christ loves you, and He will never leave you, nor forsake you!

It's occurring from Nation to Nation, from coast to coast.  What? The Lord Jesus Christ is watching over His beloved earth and pouring His Holy Ghost on ALL who will receive; it is "That" powerful, beautiful, Holy, wonderful, fiery, glorious, omnipotent thing called "PENTECOST!"

"A Soul Winner's Joy!"

Lord, thank you for leading me to this

lonely, honest heart

And filling her with Your Spirit to 

make a new start

Lead me to another who is desperate, and

in need of a Savior

Draw her to me, to show her a new walk, and

a brand new behavior

We honor each one, unique, and so 

beautiful in Your presence

You call them from every Nation, to come

and partake of Your essence

It matters not the age; You died for all, and 

Your love fills the earth

You call unto the little ones, as You dedicated

them from their birth

O, the love You bestow on kindreds and

tongues, both near and far

And we must not forget the apple of Your

eye, ever bearing the Jewish star

You give us the strength, to traverse 

through the continents

There's not a soul anywhere, that's not

imprinted on Your countenance

Help me, Dear Lord, to bring You the

called, chosen, and noted

He may be a Preacher, not knowing he's

 anointed, to be Godly devoted

Give me Your insight, Lord, and Your gifts of

knowledge and wisdom

To befriend this soul for Your service,

and for Your kingdom

Jesus, it's all about deliverance, and working in

Your employ

And in the process, we always reap the benefit, of

"A Soul Winner's Joy!"

"Rapture!"

"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice 

of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 

Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the 

clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. 

Therefore comfort one another with these words."

(1 Thessalonians 4:16-18)

For the trump will blast, and the Spirit-filled will 

 hear the sound, the heavenly echo

It may be midnight when it's time to go; the Saints 

will rise at the beckoning maestro

"Maranatha," Lord Jesus; come and catch away Your bride,

for we've waited so long for You

Trumpets here in earth tune us to that decibel; it's the 

wakening of "dust," to Your coup

You planned it in the portals of eternity, the way of escape

  for Your beloved, in the time of war

To rescue the saved and sanctified, from judgment of

 the wicked, when time shall be no more

 What will the sound be, when it blares through the mighty

  corridors of that vast holy spatial domain 

 It will wake the dead in Christ, and rapture the redeemed, 

we who are alive and remain 

Your Glory will streak the silent skies, as spirits are caught 

up, and Angels fly in rabid glee  

For the joy of the Church has finally come, and we can 

 lay down the swords of a warring army

Rejoicing will fill the heavens; Holies resounding in the

 end of a prophecy, a bride and her groom

As worship is magnified in the portals of worship's abode,

but at last, now, it has mushroomed

The Angels prepared and rehearsed for this day; it was voiced

  on golden streets, and longed for with pride  

The Bride would come home, the marriage supper was set and

  pain would go, with the tears that were cried  

The Glory of the Lord and the worship at His throne, have

 deleted our assignments, for now we are home  

We've completed the holy circle, from God to creation and back

 to God, replaced with an eternal Shalom

For it happened!  The day for which we had been yearning,

praying, and begging for, to be captured  

The shofar rang out and the Bride said, "I do;" the aura of

 heaven became a wedding, and a "Rapture!"
