Psalm 126:6

"Weep To Reap"

"He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves {with him}."  Weeping for a lost world is the very essence of the soul of Jesus Christ, our Lord.  We bathe the harvest field in tears; then we go and gather the sheaves!

"Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy."
(Psalm 126:5)

The harvest is ready now and white
in the fields
It’s ready for the reapers to bring forth
the yield
Souls are God’s treasure, His creation
of great value
But sin and evil are earth’s downfall,
and its milieu
God has a remnant who are called
by His Name
They broadcast His redemption, His grace
and His fame
To save some and win some for the known
appointed time
When the Lord comes for His own, the
Heavenly inclined.

"Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour,
wherewith shall it be salted?  It is thenceforth good for nothing,
but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men."
                                                                                         (Matthew 5:13)

Salt preserves; as Christians, it is our duty, by our walk and teaching, to preserve the world and keep them from utter moral decay.  If the Church won't do it, who will?  The prayers of the Godly hold back the evil to some extent, and we pull down strongholds as well as blessings.  Our salty tears wash and cleanse the road before us, preserving and readying it for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Once when I felt so burdened for souls, I had wept for hours and it seemed like an insurmountable task, the Lord seemed to speak to me in my spirit and He said to read Isaiah 52:10, "The Lord hath made bare His Holy arm in the eyes of all the nations and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God."  To bear one's arm is an oriental term and it means to prepare for battle.  The Lord was saying that He takes care of the battle over the souls, but we must do our part, which is witness, explain the Word, lead them to baptism in His name, pray over them to be filled with His Spirit, and He will do the rest, which is the battle which will ensue over those souls until the end.

Salt loses its savour when it becomes contaminated.  We are the salt of the earth, a purifying substance in the midst of evil, crime, and immorality.  With the help of the Lord, His Angels, and an abundance of salty tears, we shall bring in the harvest.  It's a simple concept, we just "Weep to Reap!"
