Jesus is your Song in the night;

He's a thunder of solace and not

His hand brings rebuke to your foes

who attack

Sing now and put aside your cries

Psalm 83:18

"That Men May Know"

"That {men} may know that thou, whose name alone {is} JEHOVAH, {art} the most high over all the earth."  In case the world hasn't noticed, Almighty God is in charge!  Psalm 83 is a declaration of what will happen to those who come against Israel.  All the Nations who join forces in a "chain" to surround and destroy Israel will be snapped like a "twig" in the hand of God.  The Psalm says, "So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.  Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD."  You say, "Doesn't sound like a loving God, to me."  God has many sides; He is Love to the just, merciful, and humble, but He is fierce with those who come against His own, and especially the "apple of His eye." 

                   

                                              "The LORD thundered from heaven;
                                                                           the voice of the most high resounded."
                                                                                               (Psalm 18:13)

We can never forget that "The Most High" controls, orchestrates, maneuvers, sets up, tears down, directs, and brings to pass what He will  ... He is GOD!  Mere men do not rule the world; God Almighty, Jesus Christ our Lord, Jehovah, El Shaddai rules the world!  He has many titles, but One name above every name, Jesus Christ, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings ... the Holy One of Israel! 

                                                                              
                                                              "Declare what is to be, present it-let them take counsel
                                                          together.  Who foretold this long ago, who declared it from
                                                           the distant past?  Was it not I, the LORD?  And there is no
                                                          God apart from me, a righteous God and a savior; there is
                                                                                    none but me."  (Isaiah 45:21)

Lord, let our prayers be not hindered!  We acknowledge You, and You alone, are God, the Lord Jesus Christ!  Let us not pray amiss; we pray for the peace of Jerusalem; the protection of Israel, and that America will always stand with Israel.  Grant us Your wisdom, knowledge, and understanding with our prayers in this crucial time; we pray for Your Will; let the mind of Christ be us!  Amen and Amen.

Almighty God, Jesus Christ, rules over all the earth, the universe, all that is, and ever shall be!  He is the Lord; He is omnipotent; He is eternal; He was, He is, He is to come; He is the Savior; He is Emmanuel; He will show Himself strong before all the world; He will rise up, proclaim and declare with mighty force and power, that He Is! .... "That Men May Know!"

ISRAEL, My Beloved; I formed you from the aura

of My own intellect

I had you in mind before the universe and galaxies

were images to select

Jerusalem, My Love; I saw you before you were

formed, and created

Zechariah called you a City of Truth, a statement of

honor and not overstated

You are the “apple of my eye,” the chosen of the

earth, My beloved

I will come back to you and redeem you; you’re

ever watched from above

My Holy City, the center of the earth, and the focus

of the world’s rage

Rest in My arms, dear one; I have strategies to protect

you, that no one can gauge

I’m coming back, to stand on your Mount, and

declare your sovereignty

I’ll raise you in Glory, and beauty so fair; there
is no one who won't see
What I saw in you before the creation of all, and

Joel 3:2

"Valley Where GOD Will Judge"

The Kidron Valley, or The Valley of Jehoshaphat, which means "The Valley Where God Will Judge" is also known to be the place of the war of Gog and Magog.  The Bible states the Gentile Nations will join forces to come against Israel to destroy her, but in the end, God will judge all of the gentiles for the wrongs done to Israel from the beginning of time and only the gentiles who have helped Israel will be spared.  This is "why" America should Never, ever, turn against Israel!  



When the Bible mentions something over and over, we can be sure that it has ultimate priority to Almighty God.  The Authorized version of the Bible mentions Jerusalem 811 times, and Israel is mentioned 2,566 times; this tells us what is foremost in the mind of the God who rules and judges all.  God's people of Israel and "His land" of Israel are special to Him and the whole earth revolves around what happens in this tiny Nation.  The land of Israel is God's land, "The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land {is} mine; for ye {are} strangers and sojourners with me."  (Leviticus 25:23)

God made a promise and gave His land to Abraham and his children through Isaac and Jacob (Genesis 17:19-21), but did not give any of His land to Ishmael, Abraham's child with Hagar.  Thus, is the continual war over the land in Israel.  The descendants of Ishmael believe they received the promises, but they did not, and even today, especially today, the constant talk of division of "the land" is news worldwide.

       

                                 "Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant,

                                                              then out of all nations, you will be my treasured

                                                                possession.  Although, the whole earth is mine."

                                                                                           (Exodus 19:5)

Guess who's in control?  Guess who rules the world?  Guess who's coming back to take it all back?  Jesus Christ, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, that's who!  His Word is the proliferating fire shut up in the bones of those who feel the intensity and profundity of this esteemed hour of time!  Be not deceived, Oh ye who doubt, the Word of God Has come to pass, Is coming to pass, and Will come to pass ... a showdown is coming to the Valley!

               

                                                     "Hear my prayer, O LORD, listen to my cry for help; be not

                                                          deaf to my weeping.  For I dwell with you as an alien, a

                                                                                stranger, as all my fathers were." 

                                                                                               (Psalm 39:12)

We are occupants of a world which is not our home; our home lies beyond the stars, a land purchased for the redeemed, paid for with lamb's blood, and with a King's throne holding a scarred Savior, who rules heaven by the law of perpetuity, Jesus Christ our Lord!  Those humans who think they rule the world, do not!  The Lord of all creation has already said to them, "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the world?" 

What is on the mind of God? ISRAEL!  Don't touch His land; don't touch His people; don't touch His promises; and don't touch His Word concerning the "apple of His eye."  We're on the home stretch, children of God, and we have a hope ... this life in earth is not all there is!  Just a little longer, and we will dip our tired weary feet in the eternal, cool rivers of life; we'll stroll down streets of gold with just men made perfect; and first, above all, we will bow before the ONE who is Lord, Creator, and Judge ... and we will have no reason to recall the events which occurred at the "Valley Where God Will Judge."

Exodus 14:21

"LET GOD PART YOUR SEA"

"When I came, why was there no one?  When I called, why was there no one to answer?  Was my arm too short to ransom you?  Do I lack the strength to rescue you?  By a mere rebuke I dry up the sea, I turn rivers into a desert; their fish rot for lack of water and die of thirst."  (Isaiah 50:2) 

We humans have a problem!  It's called unbelief!  Almighty God can do anything  ... and HAS done it!  He's the same God who parted the waters, who rained manna from heaven, who protected with a cloud by day and a fire by night, who shut the lions' mouths, who walked in the fiery furnace with the heros who would not bow, who formed himself in the womb of a virgin, died and rose the third day  ...  and we ask, "Can He heal my body; deliver me from torment; give me a financial blessing; save my soul; raise me up and tear my enemies down?  His answer to all this is, "Where were you when I formed the foundation of the world?" 

"He rebuked the Red Sea and it dried up; he

led them through the depths as through a desert."

(Psalm 106:9)

So, can Jesus Christ "dry" up your troubles or not?  It's not whether He can, but will He?  "Belief" is an interesting concept; it is undergirded with a foundation of absolute profound certainty.  Do we stand and "Believe" with an unending, unwavering, unmoving, unshakable, steadfast "even the dogs eat of the crumbs under the table" kind of faith?  If we can get to that "Red Sea crossing;" we can be healed, rescued, and set free from every bondage that keeps us from "dancing."  

 "As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning,

but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning."

(Exodus 17:11)

Maybe we should apply the "hands up" war strategy!  As long as our arms are raised in worship, our battles are being won; if we stop praising Him, the enemy wins!  In the middle of my toughest and most horrific struggles and trials, I have felt the Lord saying, "Praise Me."  Those are the times we don't feel like it; we really don't want to; and sometimes the Job-like trial is so devastating we may even be a little angry at God for this happening to us; so, praising Him is difficult! 

My magnificent Pastor has taught us for years, in every trial and situation, we must determine if the trial is "of God, of satan, or of man."  For example, did we overspend, and now we're in financial trouble?  That is a trial of "man," or in this case, our own making.  To determine which of the three applies, we must be filled with the Spirit of God (Acts 2:38, Acts 19); the Spirit of God leads us into all truth. 

          

    "He led them out of Egypt and did wonders and miraculous signs

          in Egypt, at the Red Sea and for forty years in the desert."

           (Acts 7:36)

After deliverance, after healing, after the miracle, what then?  The children of Israel, no doubt, rejoiced and danced after the Red Sea excursion, but then with each new trial, they murmured asking, "Why did God bring us out here to die."  We're not so different; all humans are a little fickle and forgetful.  The God secret ... Praise Him before you're delivered; Praise Him in the darkest night; Praise Him while you mount up with wings and wait; Praise Him until  ... Praise Him!  He doesn't always take away the storm, but He carries us through it!  We Praise Him in the good times and in the bad times; Praise Him!  When we burst through the heavenly gates, we will know all the whys by and by! 

            

Dry Ground!  What a day of rejoicing that must have been, when the Israelites came to rest after crossing between two miraculous mountains of water onto dry ground.  What about you?  The columns of the two posts of 2011 are the vision of your miracle blessing, "l l" may represent the two insurmountable mountains that seem to thwart you on both sides, but God is making a way for you in this year of victory to "Walk between the posts" on dry ground!

Let God part your sea  ... walk between the pillars of "l l" and head toward the light  ... God still makes a way in the middle of our raging, terrifying torrents.  "Let God Part Your Sea!"

He's Carrying Me!

He's Carrying Me!

The thunders roar, the winds blow;  

there’s no solace for my soul

I cry in my torment, Lord, deliver

and make me whole

I think like Job, question my plight,

and ever ask why

But the storm drags on, with an abundance

of tears I try to hide

The waters overflow, overtake, and

destroy my land

I stand and watch, looking to heaven,

for a saving hand

Then, in the midst of the night, I feel

a presence; it’s coming ever near

I shudder and strain, but the light is

bright and dispels all fear

It’s the voice, the whisper, the shadow

of my Lord I see

He’s come to say I’m not alone;

John 2:5

           

                                            "Whatever He Says To You, Do It!"

    

Mary told the servants at the wedding at Cana to do whatever Jesus told them to do.  Jesus Christ our Lord still has a "method" for miracles and He is ever longing to lead us to Holy Ground!  Miraculous things happen on Holy Ground; Holy Ground is where the power of God dwells.  The bottom line?  When the power of God is moving, "Whatever He Says To You, do it!"

                   

                   "And he said, draw not nigh hither, put off thy shoes from

                       off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground."  

                  (Exodus 3:5) 

  

God told Moses that he was standing on Holy ground and to remove his shoes; what if Moses had balked?  Moses didn't balk at that point, because he felt he was, indeed, standing in a Holy place!  Any place is a Holy place when the overwhelming presence of God is there.  The Holy ground of Almighty God deserves our honor and respect, and it's where we report for our assignment.  We must get to Holy Ground! 

Holy ground is where it seems the atmosphere is still and ethereal; it's where He speaks to us; it's the place where He has all of our senses, our undivided attention, and the place of His direction and power.  You will know it when you have entered His Holy ground!

On Holy Ground, we bow low and we are alone with God to hear from Him, and it may take several hours waiting in His presence, no noise, and no interruptions; or sometimes, it's in a Church service and it seems a Holy smoke hovers like a protecting cloud.  His presence is so profound, no one wants to move; the tears flow in streams of wonder down ashen cheeks of awe, and one can almost touch Him!  His Spirit moves among His people in billowing waves of love, carressing each worshipper with unseen arms of heavenly power. 

The Lord Jesus Christ desires to bring us all to Holy ground, but can He trust us there?  Will we do what He asks us to do?  Are our lives our own agenda, or are they trails of destiny directed by the mighty hand of God? 

                                                             

   "For the LORD your God moves about in your camp

to protect you and to deliver your enemies to you.  Your

camp must be holy, so that he will not see among you

anything indecent and turn away from you."

(Deuteronomy 23:14)

The Lord still wants to abide in a "holy camp."  Even as the Lord expected the children of Israel to be holy, so He wants us today to be holy and provide a holy place for Him to dwell.  The moral laws of the old testament never changed through the new testament and to today.  The Lord will not abide with sin; He will not commune with sin, except to bring deliverance.  Then, when we ask His forgiveness, He forgives and remembers the sin no more.
        

  

 "...for who is he who will devote himself

   to be close to me? declares the Lord."

(Jeremiah 30:21)

When we have communion with the Lord, sitting at His feet in prayer, walking in His statutes, and "devoting ourselves to be close to Him;"  He will commune with us, and it is in these times that we need to hear from Him; we need to hear the answer that will make a way of escape for our problems; we need to know what will move us into deeper dimensions of worship; we need a word that will give us wisdom and insight into souls; we need that direction that will usher us into the present-day Holy of Holies, which is His Spirit.  We need to know that which brings His provision, His Angels and His answers.  It is a place of wonder, called "Holy Ground," the place where Almighty God boldly speaks to His creation, and it's the place where, "Whatever He says to you, do it!"
