"AWAKENED!"

"But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and  

drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like 

a trap.  For it will come upon all who dwell on the  face of the whole 

earth.  But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength 

to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to

 stand before the Son of Man."

(Luke 21:34-36)

How can people be asleep now?  It's easy if we live in Laodicea, and we do!  It is the last Church Age and also known as the "luke warm" Church Age.  If the spiritual signs, the economy, end time events, the fulfillment of prophecy up to the next happening of Ezekiel 38 and 39, the cameras everywhere to track people, the daily loss of freedoms, the passing of immoral and godless laws, and the scanners for "666" in the grocery stores don't AWAKEN people, what will?  You say, "I've heard about the end of time for years."  Yes, but we're now one year closer, a few months nearer, maybe even a couple of hours away from the chiming of the clock to midnight!

"Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come: As fish are caught

 in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped 

by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them."

(Ecclesiastes 9:12)

If you don't know it, we ARE trapped by evil times now!  More and more Sin is becoming more and more acceptable, and people are admonished to be "tolerant" of this Sin.  God is NOT tolerant of Sin; He has never been tolerant of Sin, and He never will be!  God and Sin do not dwell together.   How many times did Jesus say to people, "Go, and Sin no more!"  He came to deliver His created "dust" from Sin, to set us free from evil, to raise us to newness of life in Him!  The repented life is the most wonderful life of all. Sin is heavy, guilt and shame weigh people down; a heart full of evil is horrid  ...  it tears at you, drags you lower and lower until you want to scream.  Ask Mary Magdalene, who was delivered of seven devils; she knows and so many people know that the devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy  ... he promises you the moon and gives you HELL!  But, when Jesus Christ delivers you  ...  look at the difference!

"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on 

what day your Lord will come."

(Matthew 24:42)

You say, "You're just trying to use scare tactics."  No, I'm using "AWAKENING" tactics!  The Lord Jesus Christ is not willing that ANY be lost or perish.  If we reach up to Him, He will receive us; it doesn't matter what you've been taught before, what religion grandma was or even what religion your nation practices  ...  if God is moving in your heart, come to Him.  He stands with open arms, and He will fill you with the Holy Ghost if you ask Him; you can be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ if you will just obey Him, and you will be FREE!  You say, "It's not free where I live; there's fighting and turmoil all around; there is a rule over us that is not free."  Freedom happens in the heart, soul, mind, body and spirit, and only the Lord Jesus Christ can give it to us!  Let Him show you what it's like to be FREE!  Call out to Him now!

"Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness,

 not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy."

(Romans 13:13)

We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God; we ALL, every man, woman, child and teen in planet earth, need a Holy Savior! Nobody's pointing fingers at anyone; Jesus died for the rich, the poor, the Gentile, the Jew, every Nation, kindred and tongue  ... everyone on the face of this earth needed and needs a Savior!  We were all destined for a fiery Hell, without the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  He paid it all; He took all of our sins upon Himself, that we might live, and have eternal life in Glory with HIM.  He said that He went to prepare a place for us, that where He is, we may be also!  Hallelujah!  It is the "hope" of the Christian!  This planet earth is not all there is; there are golden streets, walls of jasper, gates of pearl, rivers of life, and a place where there is no night, no tears, no pain, no disease, no War, no hate, no heartache, no famine  ...  nothing but Peace and Love ... Forever!

"For you know very well that the day of the Lord 

will come like a thief in the night."

(1 Thessalonians 5:2)

It comes down to being AWAKE and staying AWAKE!  What?  It means alert, looking for the Lord's return, having our lamps oiled and filled (which means, be full of the Holy Ghost and fire, with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance), praying, fasting, living holy, witnessing the love and grace of Jesus Christ to everyone we see, reading and standing on the Word of God, looking up  ...  for our redemption draweth nigh!  We must heed the Word of the Prophets and be "AWAKENED!"

"Message In a Bottle"

In a solitude moment of retrospect, a voice spoke in a

whisper, like a knock upon my soul

It was the Word of my LORD, coming as a bottle splashing

into my world, with a note on a heavenly scroll

My LORD has startled my dreams with fulfillment from

above, as He interrupted my prayer

There was no fanfare, flares or flashes, just a still small voice

that hovered in my ear, like an aura in the air

I felt a rush in my spirit as my mind grasped His Word; and

my heart beat wild, as running mighty steeds

He said my dreams I can see, so I look around me in a

whirl of wonder, and, Yes, I do believe

There is a burst in my spirit and a humble recognition,

that my Lord has entered a moment in time

And brought me the victory, with a message beyond hope,

to a valiant dreamer in his prime

Dreamers are rare, you know; they're a breed of an

ethereal nature, alone in another place

They wander through the wilderness in rabid motionless

thought; so creative in the chase

O, it's the altitude where Eagles fly, in realms above the

chaos, of a world who knows no dreams

And the soaring commences in dips, dives, and climbs of

currents of glory, in destiny streams

I stand, O LORD, in reflections of Your Glory, as I 

replay Your whispers of living waters

They thrilled my soul with Joy, and washed away the

questions the enemy used for slaughter

Thank You, LORD; my ship upon the beckoning oceans,

has received a new christening

It happened when I heard Your voice, and this dreamer

said, "Speak, LORD; thy servant is listening"

Your virtue leaves as You turn to see who's calling; it's 

one of Your sheep You've loved so much

So, You reach down through the winds and the clouds to 

render a longing embrace, and loving touch

Your wonders never cease, for You will use any method to

speak to those You love, and even coddle

It may be a song in the midnight, a vision of glory, a dream

of destiny, or a "Message In A Bottle."

"Glory Coming Down!"

"They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, 

and talk of thy power."

(Psalm 145:11)

Who raises the dead with the Word of His mouth and a thought, 
a power not believed if not seen with the eyes?
Can a soul come alive from the grave, just by a spoken order, from
One whose dwelling place is beyond the skies?

Who reigns above the earth with Power, honor, and the beauty of

 holiness, in the portals of ethereal majesty?

Who draws the reaching soul up to crags in auras of the unknown,

 veiling our blinded eyes, lest we see?

Does He search for the hungry, the bowed and the wholly given, to

 set that one apart for higher domains?

Is it a private place reserved for the visionary, the dreamer, the

 one between the pew and the altar, with birth pains?

Will he find His Moses, His Daniel, His Esther, His Paul, in this

 hour of pleasure and unbridled flesh?

Does Almighty God need a revival of His own in an outpouring of

 His Spirit, falling on His "dust" afresh?

Can a God, who has planned the prophecy in omnipotent detail,

 depend on His creation to unite in fulfillment?

Or, will those chosen ones hide their gifts and heaven sent light

 under Laodicean bushels of concealment?

What will MOVE God's creation, so fearfully and wonderfully

 made in His image, and His likeness?

Will the time and the season stir mankind to leave satan behind,

 and board the waiting train of rightness?

How can a pacing God gather His sheep in this Noah's day of

 folly, disrespect of God's commandments, and Sin?

Can His Bride shake earth with her MOVE of miracles, signs and

 wonders, to cause all to look up and ask, "When?"

Are the wedding garments ready, hope chests filled, and the lamps

 oiled and filled, for that blinking departure?

Has the Church anticipated the flight, and prepared enough, like
 a standing, strong, warring, and ready archer?

When will our Beloved come, and whisk us away from this place

 not our home, to the throne of our King and Lord?

Can we hold our positions and battle to the end, with our armor

 intact, and our flashing gleaming swords?

Why doesn't the Lord's bride, that dwells worldwide, discard her

weariness, her pains, her woes, and frowns?

What is stopping her from rejoicing, with all of her might; if she
  looks up, she'll see "Glory Coming Down!"

"Warrior Mentality"

"And from the days of John the Baptist until 

now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, 

and the violent take it by force."

(Matthew 11:12)

The Warrior fights for Truth and justice, even as the Angels in

heaven fight for their Creator's plans. It's a thought from the Master mind to subdue evil, purport good,  and it comes from the Maker's hands.  This is a job not designed for sissies; it requires stamina, faith,  and a fearless state of mind that won't quit.  Oh yeah, the going gets tough sometimes, when the devil fights his games of war, that are far from legit.  But the armed stalwart soldier knows his position, stands his post, alertly watches, lapping from the hand. Don't you know that this battle is mostly in the mind; it's a War of the Word, and God's everlasting command.  Guard your minds, ye saints of the most High, for time is short, and the devil is on the prowl, seeking whom he might devour.   Yield your whole being to Jehovah, the Lord Jesus Christ, His blood, His Word, and His power.

It began in Eden, when Eve believed the beguiling and twisted 

reasoning of a doomed discarded egotist

And so it is today; the devil still seduces the minds before the body

follows, he's an evil, lying hypnotist

We must be ever diligent to hide the Holy Word of God in our hearts that we might not Sin; it will spare us heartache and a burning Hell.  If we just heed His Word, repent, be baptized in Jesus' name; we'll receive His Spirit from the never ending well.  Soon, the trumpet will sound and the dead in Christ will rise first; then, we who remain will be caught up.  We'll rise to meet the Lord in the air; it will be the beginning of a new dimension, of holy, pure and eternal unblemished worship.  Oh, the joy of forever abiding with our Lord and the Lover of our souls; it will be divine ecstasy. To miss our awaited heaven, because of pride and Sin would be a hellish tale untold, and a forever travesty. 

Oh, the Glory that will ensue, the Joy will be profound, as the

 Groom and His Bride have agreed and consented
For we will be His own, never more to be tempted; our love will be
 fulfilled with Holy's in portals heavenly scented



Who would have thought a stone could take down a giant, with
nothing but a slingshot and faith
But, there's more than one plan of attack, when the Lord's behind 
it, and His name is at stake

It will be the harmony of a love for thousands of years, now in full bloom and reciprocal in bowing statures; as we kneel before our Holy God and He bows to lift our faces, wipe away the tears, now forever captured.  It's a love for all of eternity that will be a banquet like no other; because now the trials are over, with the purest finality.  We have exchanged our Warring gear for robes and crowns, and we will rejoice that we won, with "Warrior Mentality."

"Hide Me!"

"Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me 

under the shadow of thy wings .. "

(Psalm 17:8)

Holy is our Lord in glory, majesty and wonder; we come before 

You in humility, obeisance, and awe  

Your shadow overwhelms us, as we attempt to comprehend

 the depth of Your love, and impetus of Your law  

There can be no mistaking the light, and smoke filling the air,

 as You shower us in scents so lavishly

We can only fall to our knees, realizing we are but "dust," as we

 take in Your omnipotence, and majesty

It's not Your face we see, but the holiness of Your aura that fills

the space, hovering like a godly duty

We are moved with trembling, as we take in Your splendor and

the excellence of Your unearthly beauty

The worship of your children draw You to our Holy cries, and

Your essence wafts in and out like breath

And we suddenly become still, afraid to drive away Your mist and

leave the room void without You, cold as death

Oh, exciting are Your whispers, and the thrill of Your touch; it's

like stepping into a new ethereal dimension

We long for You to stay and caress our souls a little longer, but

earth is not Your home; You'll make the ascension

It feels like angels are all around, and a garden of roses is the  

 aroma, as we watch the illumination fade

What a glory it was to experience a touch of heaven, as if it was

a window opening into a feathery lit glade

We feel the velvety softness of the lily of the valley, and the light 
 of the bright and morning star, in parting

And, it seems in Your presence, there were magnificent beings

flying through the air, with flashes darting

It was the angelic hosts accompanying You in strength and honor, 

 for where You are, they are; it's certain 

For the Creator has been revealed, in blinding glows of the
 power, that used to dwell behind a temple curtain

But, You gave Your life, Lord Jesus, and now we can partake; Your

Spirit fills us with Your power and Your fire

As we speak in Holy tongues, the utterance erupting from our
 souls, like lovely lilts from a strummed lyre

Oh, the joy that floods our mortal bodies, as we feel Your Spirit

moving within, and pouring like a fountain

It's as though we reached the apex of the highest altitude, and we

 are standing on the aerie of a lofty mountain

The Holy Ghost is its name, the Spirit of the departed One; You 

said You would surely send back Your Spirit

And this world would never have a hold on the filled ones; 

 we would have no cause to fret or fear it

So, now once again, You have visited Your lonely vessels, with a  

 burst of paradise, and an eruption of flames

There's no reason to hesitate, we'll head to the waters and go
 under in surrender, washed clean in Your name

We have kissed the feet of heaven, waltzed in worship for a 

 moment, and we rose up, Oh so nobly   

To request more than a taste; we shall dance with You forever, 

 on the streets of glory, with Holy, Holy, Holy
For just a brief time, the shadow of Your wings hovered,
as we dwelt in trembling glory, on bended knee
It was so safe and warm in the comfort of Your arms; we left
 the world behind, as we called out, "Hide Me!"
