"Jesus On Your Boat"



"Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat.  But Jesus was sleeping." (Matthew 8:24) 

Storms, waves, rockin' and reelin,' tossed to and fro, unsteady, winds howling, dark skies; will the boat sink?  Not if you brought the One who breathes wind, who orders the Seas, and who controls the ebony shadows of darkness  ...  not if you've got "Jesus On Your Boat."

"Shortly before dawn, Jesus went out to them, walking

on the lake.  When the disciples saw him walking on

the lake, they were terrified.  'It's a ghost,' they said,

and cried out in fear."

(Matthew 14:25)

It should be noted that "before dawn," Jesus Christ, our Lord, was up, awake and walking around on boisterous waters, like we would take a stroll on the hiking trails.  Well, He "made" the waters; He formed the lake; He can calm them, stir them, roil them, or dry them up; He speaks to elements, shouts the thunders, points with streaks of lightning, and exhales the powers of wind  ...  so what's a little morning two-step on the frothy chilly waves?  

We're living in a very treacherous time, with earthquakes almost daily all over the world, freaky storms, raging fires, tormenting threats from Nations, unknown viruses, rampant disease, famine in much of the world, hearts failing, wars wounding, teens running, immorality parading  ...  and the question is:  Is Jesus Christ on your boat?  He is the only One who can turn it off, speak it still, touch your disease, find your teen, feed your body, and save your soul.  What the world needs now is the Lord Jesus Christ; He will gladly board your boat!

"Lord, if it is you," Peter replied, "Tell me to

come to you on the water."  "Come," he said.

(Matthew 14:28-29)

Do you hear it?  Jesus Christ is calling out to every single Nation, kindred and tongue; He's beckoning the world with one last call; He's holding out His arms  ...  He's in the storm; He's in the fire; He's in the lonely howling of the winds  ...  He's saying, "Come!"  We don't have to fight these "waves" alone; when Jesus is on our boat, we have nothing at all to fear.  If He's on your boat, You can sleep during the storm ...

Peter actually walked on the water until he realized what he was doing and the flesh overcame the spirit; then, he sank.  We do that sometimes; we shouldn't be so hard on Peter.  We've surfed the height of the Spirit until we were blindsided by a billowing wave, and we seemed to sink into the abyss, not seeing clearly in the murky waters of doubt and fear.  But, Jesus took our hand, set us upright upon our board, to surf another wave, and conquer the deep one more time.  

"For with you is the fountain of life;

in your light we see light."

(Psalm 36:9)

Isn't it wonderful to know that no matter how dark it gets, or how high the waves, we can run to the light?  The Lord Jesus Christ is that light!  He is the lighthouse brightening our path, showing us the way, directing us through the darkness, and guiding us with the light of His everlasting love.  We will endure these rough times; we will make it.  Like the song says, "Through it all, I've learned to trust in Jesus; I've learned to trust in God."  

"He reveals deep and hidden things;

he knows what lies in darkness, and

light dwells with him."

(Daniel 2:22)

It is wise to submit ourselves to the only One in the universe who knows "what lies in darkness."  We do not know what tomorrow holds, nor what could happen in the next two hours for that matter.  It is so comforting to be forgiven, to rest in the arms of Jesus, to be filled with His Spirit, and baptized in His name.  We can face anything in this life with Almighty God, Jesus Christ our Lord, on our boat.  There have been times I was made late for odd reasons, only to find that a terrible wreck was in the direct path I was taking, but I came up on it minutes after it happened.  I prayed for the people in those wrecks, and then I thanked God for His protection over me.  He knows "the hidden things."   

      "Who shut up the sea behind doors when it burst forth from the womb, when I made the clouds its garment and

wrapped it in thick darkness.  When I fixed limits for it and

set its doors and bars in place.  When I said, 'this far you

may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves

halt?'  Have you ever given orders to the morning, or

shown the dawn its place, that it might take the earth by the 

edges and shake the wicked out of it?"  (Job 38)  

Now you know why the waters of the oceans and seas go only so far and stop.  There IS a God, and His name is Jesus Christ; He rules the day; He rules the night; He calms the Seas, and halts the waves; He raises dead people and makes eyeballs out of mudcakes; He's ferocious with temple gamblers and calls hypocrites vipers; He melts with emotion when tresses dry his feet; He weeps when he brings paradise back to earth; He's marvels at astounding faith and crumbles in humility to feed the dogs under the table; He's the Wisest, the Greatest, the Omnipotent; He's a lover, a Savior, a God, and a Man, the Alpha, Omega, and the sweetest of whispers in the night  ...  He's Jesus Christ, Our Lord, and He's coming back! 

If you're flailing about in the storms of life, trouble on every side, and you don't know where to turn; clear out a bunk, hoist up the white flag, and don't hesitate to get "Jesus On Your Boat!"

"Remember Me?"

Corrie ten Boom was a Dutch Christian, who with her father and other family members helped many Jews escape the Nazi Holocaust during World War II.  Her family was arrested due to an informant in 1944.  They were all sent to prison camps, and all of her family died in the camps, but only Corrie survived Ravensbruck Prison Camp.  Later, it was determined that Corrie was released from prison by a clerical error.  All the women prisoners the age of Corrie were killed the week after Corrie's release.  Corrie spent her life as a "Tramp For The Lord" going all over the world ministering to people, sharing her faith, and her experiences of God's provision and love while in the prison camp.

Martin Luther

Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa's original name was Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, and she is noted for her work with the poor around the world, for which she received the 1979 Nobel Peace Prize.  In 1950, she founded a religious order in Calcutta called The Missionaries of Charity.  The order provides food for the needy, and operates hospitals, schools, orphanages, youth centers, and shelters for lepers and the dying poor.

We all can remember people we've heard of, known, or of whom we have been taught, that made an impression on us because of those people's mighty accomplishments.  They may not have had the same political and/or religious stance as our own, but the good they did in this life made people remember them.  Many of them are remembered because the Lord Jesus Christ transforms society, a Nation, and the world!

What about you and me?  Will the world remember us?  What have we done to leave our footprint or thumbprint on this hurting and hungry world?  Have we sung before crowds of thousands?  Have we written the Book on the Best Sellers' List?  Have we crossed the English Channel?  Have we left our own words in a famous quote?

Oh yes, notable people are remembered in earth, but the greatest of earth's accomplishments will occur in heaven.  It will be a glorious time; multitudes worshiping the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  Then, suddenly, they spot you!  You witnessed to them, prayed them through to the Holy Ghost, brought them to Church, saw them get baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ; you watched them grow and win little lambs of their own; now they're dancing on golden streets, brushing against Angels' wings, singing a new song, robed in white, and crowned with Glory. 

One by one the souls come, asking you the question that makes the Lord Jesus Christ and the Angels rejoice; all of heaven shouts with joy for what you've done; 'You' are remembered with their heartfelt thankful question to You, "Remember Me?"

"The Holy Ghost and Fire"

"But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." (Acts 1:8)  A "ghost" is a spirit of a departed one; when Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again the third day, He told His disciples to go and wait in an upper room until they be endued with "power from on high."  Mary, the mother of Jesus, and all the apostles; Acts 1:15 says there were 120 of them, went to the upper room and they tarried there for the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ, "The Holy Ghost and Fire."

Holy Ghost Baptism

 Over 580 million people all over the world have received the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives the utterance  ...  and the number is growing minute by minute.  People of every denomination, people in every Nation of the world: children, adults, teenagers, elderly, all have been filled the "power" the Lord said would come.  This "power" is essential to salvation (Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, and Acts 19), and it is imperative for us to go up in the Rapture of the church (I Thessalonians 4:16-18).  "But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you." (Romans 8:11) 

Holy Ghost and Fire

John the Baptist, said, "but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire." (Matthew 3:11-12)  This "fire of the Spirit" is covering the globe, a headstart on fulfilling Joel 2:28, "And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh  ..." 

"You, however, are controlled not by the sinful

nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives

in you.  And if anyone does not have the Spirit

of Christ, he does not belong to Christ."

(Romans 8:9)

You say, "I believe in Jesus Christ, but I have never spoken in tongues."  There is more for you!  How do we know that the Spirit of Jesus Christ lives within us?  We will speak with tongues as His Spirit gives us the utterance.  This is the evidence that we are filled with His Spirit.  Does every person speak in tongues, who is filled with His Spirit?  Ten out of ten do!  That Spirit living in you will raise your body when the Rapture takes place, and as the scripture says, without His Spirit, we are none of His.  

Prayer to Receive Holy Ghost

If you have prayed to receive the Holy Ghost, but you have not received it, have an anointed man or woman of God lay hands on you.  The laying on of hands is for healing, deliverance, being filled with the Holy Ghost, mighty miracles, peace, direction, and any number of other things that fall in these categories.  That's why the Lord set up the Church; we must have an "anointed" Holy Ghost filled Pastor; if you don't have one anywhere in your area or part of the world; please consider making promiseland.net your home Church.  You can be healed and filled with the Holy Ghost while watching streaming, when Pastor Kenneth Phillips prays during services.  

JOY UNSPEAKABLE AND FULL OF GLORY!

Life affords us moments of happiness, but, it cannot give us JOY.  Being filled with the Holy Ghost gives you JOY Unspeakable and Glory!  It is the most profound, mysterious, astounding, awesome, incredible, ecstatic happening of your entire life!  

You say, "I read my Bible, but it seems to be just words and I don't understand it most of the time; it doesn't seem to move me like it should."  Being filled with the Holy Ghost will open your understanding of the Word of God, and to so many things in life.  John 14:26 says, "But the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."

The Holy Ghost is nothing to be afraid of, but, rather the one precious treasure of God to be sought after, cherished, desired, and greatly hungered for with a pure heart.  The Bible calls it a "Comforter," and truly it is.  I remember my days before I received the Holy Ghost, and they were full of depression and sadness, but now I join with the Apostle Paul in saying, "I speak with tongues more than ye all."  JOY awaits you!

Be filled, dear friend; repent of your sins with a Godly heartfelt sorrow, and seek the Spirit of the Lord.  He fills empty vessels; we must empty ourselves of all things ungodly; the Lord Jesus Christ cannot dwell with sin.  Then, lift your arms and your heart to the One who created you, and ask Him to fill you with the Holy commodity that's sweeping the world, the Spirit of the soon coming King.  Then, join the 580 million walking around with JOY and  "The Holy Ghost and Fire."

"One God, One World, One Currency"

"One God, One World, One Currency"

The Book of Revelation, chapters 16 and 17 talk of a one world government and a one world currency.  These prophecies have manifested themselves through the mouths of leaders for several years, but, we have lived to see frightening evidence that they're coming to pass before our very eyes.

A foremost authority on the International Bankers that control the world is Dr. Carroll Quigley, Ph.D., and he states the goal of this international network was to establish a one world financial system under their control.  He writes, " ... the powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than a world system of financial control in private hands to dominate the political system in each country and the economy of the world as a whole."  

You say, "What does all this have to do with me?"  Everything!  In the wake of September 11, 2001, monitoring and tracking people have become everyday events and huge databases are being compiled on every citizen.  Why?  All is being prepared for the antichrist and his system of causing all, both small and great, to receive a mark in their hand or forehead that they might not buy or sell without this mark.  (Revelation 13:16-18) Anyone who takes that mark will have sold his/her soul to the devil.  The one world government and the one world currency are being set up for the antichrist's rule during the 7 year tribulation period.  

One World Currency

The emergence of the old Roman Empire, called for in the Book of Daniel 7:7-24, will be economically based and will need a one world currency.  A one world financial system will be in place for the last three 1/2 years of the tribulation period, as stated above in Revelation 13.  China and Russia have both called for this one world system to be put into place and to "not be connected" to any nation.  It would correct the global economic crisis.  If we are this close to Revelation 13; how close are we to Revelation 4:1, when the Rapture of the Church takes place?

What should we do, seeing all these things are looming before us?  Get ready for the "thief in the night."  The Lord Jesus Christ said He would come as a thief in the night, when the Rapture takes place. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17)  We will be "caught up" with the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Then, the tribulation period, horror such as the world has never seen, will occur.  Here's a NEWS FLASH; don't be here during the tribulation period.  Repent, be filled with the Spirit of God and speak with tongues, and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.    

The Lord Jesus Christ

No matter what the world does, there's still One Lord and Father of us all.  The Lord Jesus Christ is in control of all things.  Prophecy will be fulfilled; a one world government will occur; a one world currency will come to pass, because prophecy and time have joined hands.  Prophecy "requires no belief."  That means it doesn't matter if anyone "believes" it will happen or not  ...  it was prophesied and it WILL happen.  The ONE God of the universe, and all that is therein, is gathering all who will hear, all who are honest hearted, all who seek the truth, all who want to escape judgment  ...  Get in the Ark!  The Ark is the Church, the anointed Church that preaches exactly what Peter and Paul preached, the Church that will prepare all of us for the coming "thief in the night."  We must be ready  ...

The World News should proclaim the soon coming King, the New "Church" Order, and that there is ONE Lord, One Faith, One Baptism. (Ephesians 4:5)  It really all comes down to this:  The Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ our Lord is still God over the world, the currency, and the headlines; He IS the ONE true God, the ONE true faith and there is none beside Him!

"Signs and Wonders"

"Signs and Wonders"

"God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to His own will?  (Hebrews 2:4)  Barnes' notes says "sign" means, "any miraculous event that is suited to show that what had been predicted by a prophet would certainly take place."   Signs and wonders predicted for the last days are real  ...  and we've come to a time when it's appropriate for the Church to put up a few signs of its own.  It's commonly called "advertising."  You say, "Is it really right to use billboards for Holy things?"  If the new testament Apostles were alive today, they would use every means possible to reach the world  ...  including Signs.

Signs and Wonders in the heavens  .... Oh, yeah, the Eye of God ever watches!  But, for us humans, just trying to reach a lost and hurting world, we'll start with billboards; then planes with ticker tape messages; after that, hot air balloons; and maybe fireworks that light up with "writing" in the night skies  ...  It's very aptly called "evangelism," it's called "Go Ye," it's called "preach the gospel to every Nation," it's called, "Go tell it on the mountain"  ...  and we'll just start with a "Sign" looming over traffic jam onlookers  ...  And God ... well, He can, and will, splash His message anywhere, anytime, anyhow  ...  He's God!

God, Himself, is using the heavens to reach mankind with signs and wonders.  What is the purpose of "signs and wonders?"  To jar human mudballs to the reality that "we" were created from the dust of the earth, and there IS a higher power; there is a God ruling the universe; there is an unseen  ...  and sometimes a very ethereal "seen" hand, that sets up and tears down the affairs of men; and He IS coming back to set His feet on the Mount of Olives and rule and reign forever!  His name is Jesus Christ our Lord; the Lord of Lords and King of Kings  ... He is the first and He is the last!  He IS!

It is important to note that satan, the devil, can also produce signs and wonders.  If you see someone pulling fire out of heaven, doing miracles and wonders; it is wise to inquire as to their doctrine.  Why?  "For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many  ...  and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people." (Matthew 24:24-25)  "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness  ..."  (2 Timothy 3:15-17)  Proverbs 3:3 says, "Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart."  The truth is the Word of God, the Holy Bible; and remember Revelation 22:18-19 says the plagues of the Bible will come on anyone who adds to what is written or takes away from what is written in the Bible. 

In other words, there are no "new" or "other" revelations.  Paul said, even if an angel from heaven preaches any other gospel to you, other than what we have told you, let him be accursed.  (Galatians 1:8-9)  Why is this so extremely important?  The people who have not a love for the truth, in the last days, will believe a lie and be damned.  (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12)

If God wants to get our attention; He can!  He'll write in the heavens, draw in the heavens, appear in the heavens  ...  or He will send a heart-wrenching song, a friend with a knowing message, a Preacher with an anointed timely Word, a tiny white cooing dove flying over your lonely head, a story of an exuberant person with no legs running a marathon, or just a good ole' billboard SIGN!

"I Give You Power!"

"I Give You Power!"

"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19)  Power means "authority, strength, control, influence, and skill."  Skill is the ability to do something well.  We must officiate the Power well over satan!  The enemy, satan, was cast out of the throne room of heaven and he now dwells in the second heaven.  The first heaven is what we readily see: the clouds and stars; the second heaven is above that; then, the throne room of Almighty God, which is the third heaven.  But, satan and his imps spend their time roaming earth, tormenting, lying, stealing, killing, and destroying the people of God and all that pertains to the ONE true God.  But, satan's not through "falling;" because, the Lord Jesus Christ gave us the ability to push him down further with four little words, "I Give You Power!"

"And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory 

for ever.  Amen."

(Matthew 6:13)

 Evil is prevalent in earth, because satan is running loose in our midst.  He was banned from Glory, so he seeks to destroy every ounce of Glory that flows from heaven to mankind.  He goes about as a roaring lion seeking to devour whom he will.  However, God didn't leave us here to fight our battles without the "force"  of heaven.  "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force."  (Matthew 11:12)  Clarke's commentary explains it beautifully:

          "He that will take, get possession of the kingdom of righteousness,

                peace, and spiritual joy, must be in earnest:  all hell will oppose him in every  

              step he takes; and if a man be not absolutely determined to give up his sins and

             evil companions, and have his soul saved at all hazards, and at every expense, he will

             surely perish everlastingly.  This requires a violent earnestness." 

We are in an all out WAR for our souls!  The only times we lose are when we do not exercise the Power given us to defeat the devil.  How often do you rebuke him from your life, your family, your Church, your Pastor, your possessions, your finances, your health, and your warfare?  Demons have spoken to me through possessed people  ...  This IS Real!  We Christians need to move in the Power of the Holy Ghost to defeat, conquer and subdue the enemy of our souls.  Don't attempt it if you're not prayed up, fasted up, and powered up!  (What is the POWER? Read Acts 2:38; Acts 8; Acts 10; Acts 19)

Jesus Being Tempted

Every time satan came to tempt Jesus, the Lord replied, "It is Written."  He fought him with the Word.  WE can't fight off satan with the Word if we do not know the Word.  Wars require strategy, preparation, armor, and Power.  A sword in the hand is no good if it's still in the sheath  ...  unopened, unread, and unknown  ...  

When Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again the third day, He then sat down.  It Is Finished.  What is finished?  His part!  Now, it's OUR part.  The baton has been handed down; the Power has been given to the Church; we are His hands, His feet, His voice, His instruments to heal, deliver, protect, pronounce, prophesy, provide, revive, save, and ready the world for His arrival at the sound of the trumpet.  We get it; we're on the Move, and we ain't no ways tired  ... 

Saul attempts to kill David

When Saul became king of Israel, (I Samuel 10:6)  God's Spirit filled him (the Spirit of God was "with" him; no one in the old testament could have the Spirit "within" them.  This could only happen after the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and occurred on the Day of Pentecost in the 2nd chapter of the Book of Acts when people were filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues).  Saul was a great leader for twenty years; then he began to disobey God.  He became self-absorbed and God's Spirit withdrew from him: "... an evil spirit from God came forcefully upon Saul."  Psalm 81:8-12 tells us how an evil spirit can take over someone serving God: "... So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own devices." 

The spirit of evil makes people do things they wouldn't ordinarily do.  "Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall." (I Corinthians 10:12)  People can be oppressed of the devil and/or possessed of the devil.  There are spirits of satan seeking to trip us up daily; we must be filled to overflowing with the Spirit of God, and even then, we are susceptible to evil influence.  In Matthew 16:23 when Jesus was explaining to the disciples how He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things and be killed, Peter rebuked the Lord telling him it shall not be so, and the Lord turned and said to Peter, "Get thee behind me Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men."  Jesus was speaking to Peter.  This proves "we" can be used by satan to speak things contrary to God's purpose, His will, and His Word.  We must guard our hearts, minds, souls, and "mouths" for the use of Jesus Christ in earth.

  "In other words that evil spirit comes unto someone when that person

rebels against God and decides to do his/her own will.  God's grace is removed

from that person as God will not impose Himself on anyone.  This opens the

doors to the devil's influence.  It looks as if God sends these evil spirits, but

in reality, we make our own choice by turning our backs on God and

 following our own devices." *

We are not "once saved, always saved."  We must be repentant daily; we must be alert and watchful, sober and diligent, humble and obedient.  No one can pluck us out of God's hands  ... except one ... our own self.  We, ourselves, can step out of God's will and allow ourselves to be influenced and even taken over by evil  ...  example: Judas.  

The Power of God is a heady thing.  We can never forsake the bowed heart and the realization that without God, we are still just "dust."  We are nothing; we have nothing; we can do nothing  ...  except the Lord Jesus Christ enables us, blesses us, anoints, and sends us.  You say, "Well, that sounds sort of like a defeatest."  No, it's called "humility," which is "respect" of creation for his/her Creator!

Can we be all Power in the Lord and still walk in humility?  Can we cast out devils, heal the sick, raise the dead, open blinded eyes and deaf ears and not get lifted up?  Is it possible to be a Hero in the faith, but, "to God be the Glory?"  You tell me  ...  We are His hands, and we are His feet; He said "let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus."  The apostles did it; they healed the sick, and performed miracles, then died as martyrs for the cause of Christ  ... 

It's all about the Saints of the living God loosing the Good, Angels, and binding the Bad, devils, and it happens because the Lord said, "I Give You Power!"

The Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Jesus Christ, is the POWER!

Be filled with the Holy Ghost and speak with tongues!

"Wielding Warriors"

"As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world."  (John 17:18)  Jesus was talking about His followers, and my dear friends, that, "now" happens to be you and me.  Christians and Angels have a lot in common; we both fight against evil; we help the helpless; we bring good news to hurting humans; we do the work of Jesus Christ our Lord.  We are being sent out as sheep among wolves, as prey to hungry vultures, as Word bearers to the blind, as armored soldiers rescuing the souls of men, as mortal Heroes defeating devils, as "Wielding Warriors."

"Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou was

created, till iniquity was found in thee.  By the multitude of thy merchandise

they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou has sinned: therefore,

I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee,

O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of  fire.  Thine heart was

lifted up because of thy beauty, thou has corrupted thy wisdom by reason

of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground  ... " 

(Ezekiel 28:15-19)

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."  (Ephesians 6:12)  Our war is against the occupants of the second heaven, satan's domain.  Since God cast satan, and 1/3 of the angels with him, out of heaven; satan spends his time tormenting, and seeking to kill, steal and destroy everything and everyone associated with Almighty God, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ the Righteous.  That is why we cannot be "weak" Christians; much of our prayers must be binding satan and his imps, rebuking him and his efforts, and applying the authority of the Name of Jesus, the Word of Jesus and the Blood of Jesus to defeat his every ploy.

"For by fire and by his sword will the 

Lord plead with all flesh: and the slain of the 

Lord shall be many."

(Isaiah 66:16)

The Lord Jesus Christ came to save, not destroy, but the evil and wicked in the end will not survive.  Christians: we have the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and we have the "fire;" the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of the One who reigns with all power and wisdom!  God has given us the authority to rule over the wiles of darkness, subdue them, and put them under our feet.  He has given us the power to rebuke the winds, heal diseases, raise the dead, cast out demons, open blinded eyes and deaf ears, and we need to stand in that authority!  You say, "I've prayed over people and they weren't healed."  These things come not out but by prayer and fasting. 

We need to reach a higher level of belief  ...  He said we would; He told us we could; He admonished us that we should; He expects us to bring forth good; and He sent us out to deliver the "hoods;" So, WE WILL!

"Now is the time for judgment on this

world; now the prince of this world will

be driven out."

(John 12:31)

That word "judgment" in the Greek for this scripture actually means "crisis."  Barnes' Notes says it like this, "It cannot mean that 'then' was to be the time in which the world was to be finally judged, for he says that he did not come then to judge the world, and he has clearly declared that there shall be a future day when he will judge all mankind.  The meaning of it may be thus expressed: Now is approaching the decisive scene, the eventful period - the crisis - when it shall be determined who shall rule this world."  

How will God's Spirit be poured out upon all flesh?  How will the Gospel be preached in all the world for a witness?  How will revival explode in every Nation?  How will the Word of God, the Holy Bible, reign in the hearts of men?  "How" is answered by the Church!  The Warriors of the final hour will wield their swords, march in unity, divide to multiply, corral to conquer, destroy demons to dance in demon blood, subdue satan, power up in the Holy Ghost to punch down the cohorts of evil, and RISE to our proper position as kings and priests, ministers and apostles, and GO into all the world, do our "thing" and then  ... the end shall come!

(I John 4:4)

Oh Yeah!!  The Holy Ghost and fire!  You can't move in God's power if you're not filled with His power.  How do you know if you have been filled with His Spirit?  Ten out of ten people speak with tongues, as His Spirit gives them utterance, when they are filled with the Holy Ghost.  After that, You are a stick of dynamite ready to go off!  What?  Power!  Gifts!  Wisdom!  Knowledge! Counsel! Might!  Understanding!  Spirit of the Lord! and Fear of the Lord!  You're walkin' talkin' Dynamite!

"The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so

that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of

Christ, who is the image of God."

(2 Corinthians 4:4)



"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us." (2 Corinthians 4:7)  It's all about God.  The power of God, the Holy Ghost and fire, the gifts of wisdom, knowledge and understanding, are to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ  ...  that's the reason for being filled with the power of God  ...  to save us and to go out and save them.  Them, who?  Those who are blind, spiritually blind.  Only the power of Jesus Christ our Lord can reach them and open their eyes  ...  He knows the hearts  ...  He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy  ...  He knows the hearts.

The Saints of God will not go limping through the Gates of Glory!  This is our finest hour; we have lived to see His Spirit being poured out on all flesh!  You say, "What?  I don't see that."  Over 580 million people worldwide have been filled with the Holy Ghost and fire, and still counting  ...  Miracles, signs and wonders are mounting; Nations, kindreds and tongues are stirring; humans are bowing; hearts are crying out; the world is turning its eyes upward; hands are reaching for the hems of our garments  ...  We must step up, stand tall, speak with the authority of God, and gather in the sheaves, because we know who we are  ...  We absolutely know where we are going; we confidently know in whom we have believed  ...  Hey, Let's Roll  ...  We're "Wielding Warriors!"
