"ACTS"

       

"And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the 

prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, 

Arise  up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands."

(Acts 12:7)

Peter was rescued by an angel, who freed him from prison with a

 miraculous release, an answer to prayer

We underestimate God's power and response to our prayers; are

 we expecting an angel, that we think is rare

They're all around us, warring and protecting, and just because we

 don't see them doesn't mean they don't appear

We would be shocked to know what all they do for us day by day,

 and that they are our bodyguards, so near 

Who says that angels don't do things like that today?  Perhaps the

 exploits promised for this hour are angelic

The spiritual forces sent by our God are a fact for His beloved

 ones; they're real and not just a relic 

The signs, wonders and Miracles of this final hour will be acts that

 astound the unbelieving; that's why they're done

He's the same yesterday, today and forever, our Lord Jesus Christ

 is His name, and He IS omnipotent,The Holy One

Some will not believe without a demonstration of God's power and

 He's happy to do it, if a soul will be saved 

He's not willing that any be lost or perish, so He eagerly sends His

 heavenly hosts to the scene with a point and a wave

His Angels have been seen by those with pure hearts in this time of

 trouble, and more will be seen with hunger

How do we know this?  Our God can do anything; He's the author

 of the universe, the lightning and thunder 

His name shall be proclaimed throughout the earth and then the

 end shall come; all will know His power and see

Almighty God will bare His arm as spoken in Isaiah 52:10; all the

 nations will see His salvation to set men free

The Church of God must believe and let faith soar beyond what

 we've known; it's destiny's season and time

To ignore God's beckoning hand and His Holy Ghost power in this

 hour of terror would be a heinous crime

He's nearer to the hurting than ever before because time is short,

 and He's ever whispering and hovering 

Now is the time to receive the Book of Acts power and speak in

 tongues by His Spirit; it's a Holy Ghost covering 

We shall behold Him face to face very soon, but first we must run

 this race with the power of the first Church

It comes with hunger, consecration, dedication, obedience and

 faith; it's a bow on the knees, a climb and search

How many times have the angels of God rescued you and you

 didn't even know it?  We will know in the by and by

Soon the Lord will come for His own like a thief in the night, and

 the Bride with her wedding garments ready, will fly

It's wise, then, to know His Word, hide it in our hearts, and believe

  like there's no tomorrow, because it may be a fact

The Church Age is coming to an end; the Lion will rise and Angels

 will be prominent, with exploits and "ACTS."
