"Faith Under Fire"

"You and all your troops and the many nations with

you will go up, advancing like a storm; you will be like

 a cloud covering the land."

(Ezekiel 38:9)

Do you want to see the Lion of Judah roar?  It's about to happen.  What?  The great battle of Ezekiel 38 and 39, the prophetic attack coming in Israel's near future.  We have lived to see that ominous occasion, and We, Christians, will know what it means to have "Faith Under Fire."

"Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day

when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?   And thou shalt come from thy

place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses,

 a great company, and a mighty army:  And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel,

 as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land,

that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes. 

 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants

the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee

against them?  And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against

the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face.  For in my

jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a

great shaking in the land of Israel."

(Ezekiel 38:14-19)

All of these things are unfolding right before our very eyes.  Have you not heard the threats made to destroy Israel?  Have you not seen the headlines?  All is being prepared.  For what?  For The End of the Age, the end of another dispensation, called Grace, which will lead us into the period of judgment, the Seven years during the Great Tribulation; then, the millenium, the thousand years of peace when the devil will be bound  ...  But, wait  ...  after the thousand years, satan will be loosed again!  Why?  We'll get to that  ...

Get the picture?  What does all this mean for you and me?  You say, "Hey, I'm just trying to make a living here; why should I be concerned; there have always been wars?"  You are correct; however, there has not always been "The End of the Age."  There has not always been the fulfillment of prophecy in our headlines; there has not always been the very words of our Bible in the very words of our newspapers and magazines.  It means we must prepare; we must be ready for "the moment in the twinkling of an eye."  Huh?  "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality."  This is the "catching away" of the Almighty God's Church, the bride, as stated in the Book of I Corinthians 15:52-53. 

If we are this close to the Gog and Magog war of Ezekiel 38 and 39, how close are we to the Rapture of the Church?  Are you ready?  Have you repented, been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and received the Holy Ghost and spoke with tongues as the Spirit gives utterance?  That's what it takes to be ready!  Ready for what?  The Rapture of the Church; then will come the Tribulation, seven years of judgment such as the world has never seen, but WE, who were ready, will be with our Savior, spared from the Tribulation period.

 

Then, the Lord will return, and the devil will be bound in the Lake of fire, and WE will enjoy 1000 years of peace  ...  There will be no devils, no wars, no pain, no tears, no evil, no pornography, no abuse of people or animals, no terror  ... just PEACE, wonderful Peace, and the lion will lie down with the lamb; and the Lord will reign in Glory and splendor.  It will take only One angel with one chain to take care of our accuser!  All the horrid hissing, tempting, railing, deception, attacking, will be over for "us," but the cast out one, the doomed one, will burn for 1,000 years!  Hallelujah!  Almighty God, our omnipotent Lord Jesus Christ, wins ALL THE TIME!    

After 1000 years, the devil will be loosed again for a time.  Why?  Why would God do that, when people have lived in holiness, beauty, purity, and peace for so long?  The people born during the millenium will have never been tempted as we were; they will have never had to make a choice to serve Almighty God or not; all they knew was God.  It is, and forever will be, about the heart of man, to serve the Lord Jesus Christ  ... or not  ...  God must know; He has to know if Eden, and back to Eden, for a 1000 years, was enough.  Enough of what?  Enough years of the Love of God to convince man to choose Good over evil  ...  it will be the end again  ...  the end of What?  "the end of the Age," and He will know once and for all how mankind handles "Faith Under Fire."
