"ONE With Him!"

"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus."

(Philippians 2:5)

What does Almighty God, the Lord Jesus Christ think about?  What does the Holy Creator of the universe ponder upon?  What lingers in the thoughts of the One who IS the infinite mind?  He IS the ultimate brain, so it comes down to His creation becoming what He planned  ... "ONE With Him!"

We have learned from the Holy scriptures that the Holy Bible says that as a man thinks in his own heart, so is he.  (Proverbs 23:7)  What we think about defines who we are, and words that come out of our mouths are what is in our hearts.  (Luke 6:45)  And, of course, we can all remember the saying, "our actions speak louder than words."  The Lord Jesus Christ, when His ministry began at a little over 30, went about healing, casting out devils, washing the disciples' feet, throwing money changers out of the temple, raising the dead, teaching and preaching, walking on water, grilling fish on the seashore for His disciples, healing lepers, making eyeballs out of mudballs, subduing the devil, and last but not least, praying.  We could conclude that the "mind of Christ" was busy taking authority over "matter," or things of earth, and by the way, He has the mind that's over ALL matter  ...

"The good man brings good things out of the good

stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things 

out of the evil stored up in him."

(Matthew 12:35)

What do we have stored up in us?  Huh?  What we read, what we watch on TV and movies, what we receive into our spirits in the form of the company we keep, and what we think about most is what is stored up within us.  This is important, because when it comes time to fight the devil, do we have the right "storage" to defeat him, or will he say, "Jesus, I know, and Paul, I know, but who are you?"  You don't know the devil, and he doesn't know you, personally, until it happens!  Huh?  What happens is you become a Jesus name baptized, blood-washed, tongue-talkin', sword wieldin', Word quotin', Holy livin', Hallelujah shoutin', Spirit dancin', armor wearin', sanctified singin', Holy Ghost walkin', soldier of the Holy One of Israel, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, the mighty and Only God, Jesus Christ!  That's when the lying devil encounters "the mind of Christ," living in His Spirit-filled warriors, and if we are in tune, on fire, prayed up, sold out, blood covered, and devil chasing, he retreats to find a "weaker on-the-fence" saint of God.  We better be "strongly" on the side of God in this hour, because the devil's on the prowl.

We need to take "matters" into our own hands.  What?  We are the hands and feet in earth for the Lord Jesus Christ; the "matters' of earth were given to us when He said, "Go ye..."  We are to take authority over all matters  ...  preach the Word, heal the sick, cast out devils, raise the dead, loose the bound, bring the peace of Jesus Christ to all living  ...lay hands on people to receive the Holy Ghost, baptize them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of their sins  ...  do this to as many as are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call  ... We have a mandate to bring every soul we see to the knowledge of Christ, the grace of the gospel, and the power of His Spirit.  This is where the UNITY of the body of Christ is monumental.  We, as Christians, must UNIFY to MAGNIFY; when we march as One, we are powerful beyond measure, and the world knows what we preach is true, because of our love one for another; they know we are disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ, because we are One in Him!

What is on the mind of Jesus Christ?  Israel, His world, His creation, the dust He formed into man  ...  He is not willing that "any" be lost or perish.  Time is short; destiny's clock is ticking; the nations are lining up to prophecy's word; the angel is tuning up his trumpet; the banquet table is set; the horses are pawing the shaky ground; peoples of all nations, kindred and tongues are looking up  ...  Why?  Redemption is drawing nigh  ...

"Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and

humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

(Matthew 11:29)



The bottom line?  We must become like our God, the Lord Jesus Christ!  He stands for all that is pure, lovely, Holy, and good.  He is the Savior of the world, the lover of your soul, the friend that's closer than a brother, the lily of the valley, the bright and morning star, the fairest of ten thousand, the soon coming King, and He is The Mind over all matters.  What should we do?  Become like the One who puts the devil under His feet, who conquered death Hell and the grave, who has authority to heal, deliver, and set free; He IS THE Mind over matter, and we must be "ONE With Him!"

 your prayers, that the evil one will not devour

Be at peace, my child, for I'm your source of all that's good, and
your answer in this dying world of trouble

Let not your heart be entangled with all the lusts, the cares, the
 riches, and the trauma of earth's sinful rubble

For I have come to set you free, raise you up, fill your spirit, and
 wash away the things that destroy and kill

Won't you take My hand, walk with Me, let go of the world, and
 give Me your heart, your love and your will

Come and dwell in Me, and be filled with My Spirit, baptized
 in My name, and leave behind the old facade

I will be your anchor, your Lord, the soft pillow for your head in 
 times of need; I will be there, "I AM God."

"Abiding Trust"

"And the peace of God, which passeth all 

understanding, shall keep your hearts 

and minds through Christ Jesus."

(Philippians 4:7)

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give 

to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be 

troubled and do not be afraid."

(John 14:27)

Peace  ...  it's what the whole world seeks, what alcohol and drugs supply as a fake, but only the Spirit of Almighty God can give us the real thing  .... PEACE!  Have you ever experienced it?  "Peace that passes understanding" is the most incredible thing you could EVER feel in this life, other than the infilling of the Holy Ghost.  God gave it to me once for about 10 months when I was out of a job.  It settled over me like a mighty enfolding mantle and stayed with me all those months.  Whatever we go through in this life, when we have Jesus Christ leading our way, we need not fear anything  ...  He will see us through.  We can smile in the midst of horrific ferocious winds and storms; we can feel an ethereal calm when all around us are war and terror; we have an unearthly assurance that underneath are His everlasting arms  ...  And, everything's gonna' be alright.

  "And to know this love that surpasses knowledge--that you

    may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."

(Ephesians 3:19)

We can't understand it; we can't comprehend it; we can't fathom it ...  the LOVE that Jesus Christ has for every living soul.  We can be filled with that love, when we are filled with His Spirit!  It is THE greatest and most beautiful thing that could ever happen to a human being! He's as close as the mention of His name; He will fill you if you ask Him.  We repent of all of our sins, sincerely and honestly, and then we ask Him to fill us with the Holy Ghost  ...  a "ghost" is the spirit of a "departed one."  Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried in a borrowed tomb, and rose again to life on the third day.  He "departed" from earth, but He said He would send back His "Spirit," and He has and does!  Over 580 million people in every Nation, kindred, and tongue, have received the Spirit of Jesus Christ and spoken in tongues as His spirit gives utterance.  It can happen to YOU today!  Then, we obey His Word, and we are baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.  Then what?  Prepare your wedding garment  ...  you're in the Bride of Christ; tell everyone you meet about Your lovely Lord Jesus, and tune your ear to the sound of the trumpet  ...  the Rapture of the Church, I Thessalonians 4:16-18.  Hallelujah!

"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds

 are steadfast, because they trust in you."

(Isaiah 26:3)

Then, the peace comes.  When? It comes when you're full of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, when you walk in His statutes, obey His Word, and TRUST Him to be with you in every situation, every storm, every pain, every disease, every heartache, every job loss, every family hurt, every disaster  ...  everything. You say, "But, if I have Jesus, then why do I have all those problems?"  You must identify the source in every situation  ... Is this of God, of man, or of the devil?  For instance, if we spend too much and end up in financial trouble, that's not God's fault, or even the devil's fault, it's our own fault, for not budgeting wisely. Sometimes, we are attacked by the devil, such as Job was in the Bible; and sometimes it is a test or a trial of God.  But, through it all, we are told the Lord will make a way of escape; He will not allow us to go through more than we can bear.  (I Corinthians 10:13)  We are the clay, He is the Potter, and sometimes we're on the "wheel," being molded and shaped into that "vessel of honor," who will hear one day, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant!"

"Run now, I pray thee, to meet her, and say unto her, 
Is it well with thee?    Is it well with thy husband? Is it well 
with the child?  And she answered, It is well."

(2 Kings 4:26)

It's a wonderful account of bold FAITH in the Bible.  Remember the story?  The Shunamite woman was running as fast as she could to get to Elisha, the prophet, who saw her coming afar off, so he sent his servant Gehazi, to see what was the matter.  When Gehazi asked her those questions about all being "well" in her household, she answered "It is well."  But, the woman knew, even when she answered Gehazi, that her son lay "dead" at home.  Elisha came to her home, and raised up her dead son to LIFE! Incredible faith, incredible spirit in that Shunamite woman  ...  What is lying "dead" in your life?  Can you visualize the answer coming to meet You from God's loving hands?  Will your faith fly on the wings of a dove to TRUST in Almighty God?  Can you answer with the Shunamite woman those powerful words that always move the very heart and soul of our God, "IT IS WELL!"
