"Sound Of The Trumpet"

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven
with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with
the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
(I Thessalonians 4:16-17)

For the trump will blast, and the Spirit-filled will hear
the sound, the heavenly echo
It may be midnight when it's time to go; the Saints will
rise at the beckoning maestro
Maranatha, Lord Jesus; come and catch away Your bride,
for we've waited so long for You
Trumpets here in earth tune us to that decibel; it's the
Awakening of "dust," to Your coup
You planned it in the portals of eternity, the way of escape
for Your beloved, in the time of war
To rescue the saved and sanctified, from judgment of
the wicked, when time shall be no more
What will the sound be, when it blares through the mighty
corridors of that vast spatial domain
When it wakes the dead in Christ, and it raptures the
redeemed, we who are alive and remain
Your Glory will streak the silent skies, as spirits are caught
up, and Angels fly in rabid glee
For the joy of the Church has finally come, and we can lay
down the swords of a warring army
Rejoicing will fill the heavens; Holies resounding in the
end of a prophecy, a bride and her groom
As worship is magnified in the portals of worship's abode,
but at last, now, it has mushroomed
The Angels prepared and rehearsed for this day; it was voiced
on golden streets, and longed for with pride
The Bride would come home, the marriage supper was set and
pain would go, with the tears that were cried
The Glory of the Lord and the worship at His throne, have
deleted our assignments, for now we are home
We've completed the holy circle, from God to creation and
back to God, replaced with an eternal Shalom
For it happened!  The day for which we had been yearning,
praying, begging for, and ever anticipating
The Trumpet Sounded, the Bride said, "I do" and the aura of
heaven changed, no more Angels in waiting.

"Holy Habits"

"And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord
standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and
fear fell upon him, but the angel said unto him,
Fear not, Zacharias, for thy prayer is heard, and thy
wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou
shalt call his name John."
(Luke 1:11-13)

It pays to be in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing, for the right purpose, waiting for the right moment of visitation!  O, Zacharias, you had a habit of being at the altar of God; if someone wanted to find you, they knew right where you would be at the appointed hour of every day.  What got you a visit from an angel?  Why were your prayers answered in such a fashion?  You and your barren wife, Elisabeth were both now "stricken in years," so why would God give you a child now?  It was because of your faith, your time at the altar, your devotion to a Holy God, your prayers, your continual obeisance and humility, your unwavering presence in His presence  ....  your "Holy Habits."

"... The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous
man availeth much."
(James 5:16)

Habits can very often be highly destructive or very highly beneficial; the Holy habits are observed by THE Holy "One."  What is that presence standing over you as you pray?  Are you just talking in the wind when you present your pleas, or does heaven dispatch orders, answers, and angels when you pray?  It depends.  "Depends on what?" you ask.  Whether or not this Holy thing called prayer is a "habit."  Nobody has time to pray; we make time to pray, and it's a "habit" with perks; the swish of scented fresh air behind you, the sudden meaningful glow in the room, that minute flashing flicker of blinding light in your peripheral vision, that ethereal aura of deafening stillness in the atmosphere  ...  could be an angel, "attracted" by your habit  ...

Mary's visitation

Mary, the mother of Jesus, was visited; mighty Abraham was visited; the prophet Elijah was visited; the shepherds were visited; Zacharias was visited  ...  Have You been visited?  "That doesn't happen anymore," you say.  Who says it doesn't?  I know people who have seen angels; my own daughter saw an angel with a sword drawn standing over a choir member.  Angels are all around us, seen and unseen; what brings them?  Holy Habits.

We must always be very cognizant of the Word of God with any and all kinds of visitation.  We must "try" the spirits.  Not all angels are from God, and we must "know" the Holy Bible in order to verify who it is that may be speaking to us, or showing up in our presence.  An angel of Almighty God, the Lord Jesus Christ, will never tell us anything that is not already spoken in the Word of God.  There are no new revelations, only illuminations of what has already been delivered in His Word.

As we draw closer to the Rapture of the Church, the Coming of the Lord, and the fulfillment of all things, the realms of the Spirit will become more and more visible and prevalent.  "What makes you think so?" you ask.  The time is short; revival among all Nations is occurring now; the Awakening of the Church is now; God's Spirit is being poured out upon all flesh now; the wars of Ezekiel 38-39 are upon us now; miracles, signs and wonders are being manifested now; the newspaper headlines of end times are now, and will read like the Bible more and more; people will utter more frequently "Where is the sign of His coming?" and as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be  ...  Now ...  We must be alert, saturated and overflowing with prayer, continually looking up, watching for the "thief in the night," the Lord Jesus Christ, working while it is yet day for the night cometh when no man can work, and above all, we must be developing to perfection the Holy Habits.

Prayer changes things; prayer moves Nations, calls preachers to preach, heals, fills and delivers, sends, assigns and dispatches, lifts up and pulls down, casts out and fills up, humbles and exalts, wins battles and destroys enemies, covers with the blood and washes white as snow, builds up and tears down, accomplishes and denies, manifests and eliminates  ...  it's the habit that beckons God, looses angels and rebukes devils; it is Holy, powerful, and exclusive.  "What?"  The power of PRAYER!  It is the exclusive and effectual habit of those who are the called, the chosen, assigned, saved, redeemed, expectant, faithful, and persistent  ...  We can go around the world on our knees, conquer evil kingdoms, bring relief to a far off missionary, loose and bind, bless and curse.  You say, "When would you ever want to curse something in prayer?"  We "curse" cancers and all manner of diseases to the root; we curse the kingdoms of darkness and forces of evil; we curse the powers of wickedness of spiritual oppression and possession  ...  Prayer is War!

You say, "I pray, but I've never seen an angel, heard a voice, or gotten anything special."  You, and thousands of others say the same thing, but who says that can't change?  Why can't we move into the Awakened realm of God in Spirit, Power, Glory, Miracles, Signs, and Wonders?  We must be in tune with the Holy Ghost, filled with the Holy Ghost, and moving in the Holy Ghost  ... then, expect it; "Nothing is impossible with God."

"Holy Habits" move a Holy God and we must approach
Him with faith as a little child!

"Grafted In"

"And if some of the branches were broken off, and you,
being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them,
and with them partake of the root and
fatness of the olive tree."
(Romans 11:17)

Barnes' Notes says it beautifully like this, "The meaning here is, that the Gentiles had been like the wild olive, unfruitful in holiness; that they had been uncultivated by the institutions of the true religion, and consequently had grown up in the wildness and sin of nature.  The Jews had been like a cultivated olive, long under the training and blessing of God  ....  The ancient root or stock, that of Abraham, etc. was good.  The branches - the Jews in the time of the apostle - had become decayed and unfruitful, and broken off.  The Gentiles had been grafted in to this stock, and had restored the decayed vigor of the ancient people of God; and a fruitless church had become vigorous and flourishing  ....  The ingrafted limb would derive nourishment from the root as much as though it were a natural branch of the tree.  The Gentiles derived now the benefit of Abraham's faith and holy labors, and of the promises made to him and to his seed."

The Church and bride of the Lord Jesus Christ are heirs of all the mighty promises of Abraham.  We need only "read the will," the Holy Bible to claim our inheritance.  Hallelujah!  Every single Book of the Holy Bible renders promises made to the Jews, which are now ours, as joint heirs in Jesus Christ our Lord.

"The Lord bless and keep you; the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." (Numbers 6:24-26)  "Do not let this Book of the law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.  Then you will be prosperous and successful." (Joshua 1:8)  "May the Lord repay you for what you have done.  May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge." (Ruth 2:12)  Promises, Promises, Promises  ...  all for the "grafted in" ones, and there are 66 books of them, waiting to be claimed.

O, Lord, that we would believe we have only
to "claim" your blessings  ...  May we pray the Jabez prayer:

We seek Your face, O Lord, and we come boldly before Your throne, asking that You would bless us, indeed.  Help us to win souls and spread the gospel from North to South, East to West, and every Nation, kindred and tongue for Your name's sake.  We will use Your blessings to further Your kingdom and bless the world as Your hand is upon us.  Keep us from evil; grant us Your peace; empower us to accomplish Your will in the earth today; and we bless Your Holy name, as we go forth by the Name of Jesus, the Word of Jesus and the blood of Jesus.  Amen.

"That the blessing of Abraham might come
on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ;
that we might receive the promise of the
Spirit through faith."

"It's Time to Dance!"

"You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my
sackcloth and clothed me with joy."
(Psalm 30:11)

~ MAKE A PARTY OUT OF PAIN ~
MAKE A RAINBOW OUT OF RAIN!
(Pastor Kenneth Phillips)

Only the Lord can do it; only the omnipotent One can delete pain and replace it with Joy; only the Holy One of Israel can turn the tears into laughter and dancing.  Life's seasons have reached the apex of glee in the portals of long fought wars, so it's TIME now to put off the ashes and be clothed with beauty; it's TIME to "Dance, Children, Dance!"

"Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises
unto him with the timbrel and harp."
(Psalm 149:3)

Can you feel it?  Do you sense the change in wind direction?  Do you see the oasis in the distance?  Are the fresh scents of new falling rain wafting through your nostrils?  Do you feel the heaviness of battle dropping from your shoulders?  "What is it?" you ask.  It's the "season" of dancing, the time of answered prayer, the tears are being wiped away and the harshness of bitter waters has been turned to refreshing springs.  Spring up, O well!  You say, "I don't feel it."  Step in  ...  enter in  ...  the door to this season is Worship, Dancing, Rejoicing, Praising  ...  with all of the heart, soul, mind and strength  ...  Then, you will be carried away in the thrill of His Spirit, the peace of His essence, and the Joy of His love.  "Make a rainbow out of rain," says Pastor Kenneth Phillips.  Attitude determines our altitude!

Come forth from the darkness into the light!  A new day has dawned for the Church of the living God!  Power, strength, glory, miracles, signs, wonders, and answers are here!  The years of prayers, the rivers of tears, the bowed knees of surrender, the holy consecration of obedience, the sleepless nights, the weeping between the porch and the altar, the cries in the valley, the wandering in the desert, the loneliness by the brook  ...  have all built a ladder that we have climbed to reach the cleft of the "Rock" and we have met Him face to face!  The lover of our souls has been waiting at the acme of depth, standing on the precipice of height, in the secrets of illumination  ...  anticipating our arrival.  Huh?  We have entered into the Glory of the Lord, a place of His presence, a cloud enveloping creation by its Creator, a place reserved for the galloping horses of the end time revival and Spirit outpouring, a triumphant victorious place of beauty such as we have never known!  It's a place likened to Moses' place of receiving the commandments; it's a place where glory dwells!
